Go to www.section8programs.com and click the gray "Log In" button at the top right corner. Enter the username and password that was given to you (information is case sensitive and must be typed in lowercase letters!).
I forgot my login information!
Continue to the "Contact Us" form and tell Online Support that you have lost/forgotten your information. They will look up your file and send you a new username and password to the email address you provide.
My login information isn't working. It says it's invalid. Make sure that you are not using the FIRE FOX BROWSER. Use INTERNET EXPLORER to log into your online packet. All usernames and passwords are case sensitive. You must type them in ALL lowercase letters. Please check your Caps Lock key on your keyboard and make sure it is off.
Sometimes O's look like zeroes and lowercase L's look like 1's. Please keep this in mind and look carefully.
I have a property I want to rent to section 8 tenants.

In a nutshell, if everything's up to code, they will give you contracts to sign, your potential tenant receives a voucher for about 75% of the rent that you charge, and your tenant will pay the difference.
